South Korea defeated the United Arab Emirates 3-1, in the Asian second qualifying round for next year's Beijing Olympics on Wednesday.

Lee Keun-ho(FW) scored two goals each in the first half and second half of the match and Kim Chang-soo(DF) added the definitive goal in the second half to secure Korea's win. Yasser Matar of the UAE scored one goal in the second half.

The match was held @ Daejeon World Cup Stadium in Korea where some 30,000 soccer fans gathered to cheer their national team despite the pouring rain.


The game was held on 06-06-07, it was a Korean Holiday, so allot of us went to the game. It was a nice game.
