Update on a lot of things.

Well as you know I have been in the hospital for the following dates 31 march to april 4, April 7 to April 30th and May 13th to today.

This whole thing started off as a very simple hernia repair surgery and now has evolved into a part of my colan being removed and the biopsy showing that the colan cancer has returned.

This lates development has resulted in friends of mine helping me to try and pay for this 3rd round of surgeries with different events listed here.

Hey y'all. Just updated Mike's bank info, and we have some ideas for movies to watch posted now, thanks Mike Peacock. 80s Night at Yellow Taxi in Dunsan-dong, June 11, 6-10 pm movies, 10pm until...drinks and totally awesome music!! I also just came back from visiting him and he is in great spirits, sends his best wishes, and asks for your prayers. Thanks, Dave H.

What they are trting to do is to have a few differnt events to help me cover the cost of this last round of surgery. If you can not make it here in Korea and wish to contribute, please wire the money to my korean post office account.

Now for those who do not live in Korea but would like to send $.

The Korean banking laws are very strange for $ being wired to Korea and we are looking at many differnt options but for now this is the best that we could come up with. (WE ARE HOPING TO HAVE A CHANGE IN THIS WITHING A FEW DAYS BUT WITH THE LAWS HERE IN KOREA WE JUST ARENT QUITE SURE RIGHT NOW)

I have asked a freind of mine Jessica Johnson to allow people outside of Korea to be able to Western Union her $. She has an F Visa and for those who know the law it might make it a lot easier for the $$ to get here in Korea.

I am asking that you wire whatever you can 20$, 50$, 100$ anything and everything will be very helpful and appreciated. Jessicas Address is 196-5 Jayang Dong Dong-Gu Daejeon Korea 300-100.

please either email me the mtcn @ mikemcstay15@yahoo.com or facebook message me the mtcn and $$ and I will send it to her.

I am appologizing for the high WU wire fees, we are looking for better ideas.

Thank you for all of your help and god bless you all my friends...

Well the cancer has returned and when i get more info about it I will post it on here.
Mavs win nba west!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Five long years after the Mavericks’ first trip to the NBA Finals, they’re headed back.

For Dirk Nowitzki and Jason Terry, the only two players left from that team, it’s been an excruciating wait.

It’s that pain that kept driving them Wednesday night in the close-out game of the Western Conference finals.

With Nowitzki nailing a thunderous 3-pointer with 1:14 to play for the Mavericks’ first lead of the fourth quarter, they are headed back to the NBA’s promised land with a 100-96 victory over Oklahoma City at American Airlines Center.

The Mavericks overcame a huge effort by a young Thunder team that served notice it will be tough to beat for many years to come.

“Their time will come, but it’s not now,” Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle said.

The Mavericks eliminated the Thunder 4-1 in a series that required a monster performance by Nowitzki and a terrific Game 5 from Shawn Marion, who played both ends of the court fearlessly in the clincher.

Marion had 26 points, the same as Nowitzki, and was the point man on a defense that set the Mavericks up for a 17-6 closing push to end the series.

“People can play 15-20 years and never get to the conference finals or even the second round of the playoffs,” Marion said. “I’m fortunate enough to go. And I’m going to make the best of it, too.”

Amid chants of “Beat the Heat” — and Miami has yet to close out Chicago in the Eastern Conference finals — the Mavericks gathered at center court after their frantic rally in the final 5:28 for a jubilant but subdued celebration as owner Mark Cuban received the Western Conference championship trophy.

“We ain’t finished yet,” Cuban said.

The Mavericks were particularly happy for Terry and Nowitzki, the only two players left from the ’06 team.

“I got here the year after that, and it was up and down like crazy,” said J.J. Barea. “We got to the playoffs and it was an upset. We lost in the first round, second round. I know those guys really wanted to get here again. We waited for five years.

“You could tell with Dirk, he doesn’t even want to celebrate. He’s ready to go. And Jason kept saying, we got to win four more. Those two won’t celebrate tonight.”

Well, maybe a little after the way the Mavericks survived.

The Thunder almost pushed them to a Game 6.

The Mavericks were down by eight with eight minutes left and still looking at a 92-86 deficit before Nowitzki and Marion each hit two free throws.

The Thunder was trying to hang on and got a nice flip shot from Kevin Durant before both sides misfired, with Terry heaving two missed jumpers and the Thunder failing to get a shot other than a terrible 3-pointer by Eric Maynor.

After an exchange of baskets, the Mavs got an offensive rebound as Tyson Chandler battled for a rebound that went out to Nowitzki, who hit a 3 with 1:14 to go to put the Mavs ahead, 95-94. The Thunder couldn’t score, and Marion got loose behind the Thunder defense for a dunk and a three-point play that made it 98-94 with 48.9 seconds left.

Maynor missed a 3 and the Mavericks regained control when Nick Collison, who had a terrific game off the Thunder’s bench, threw away the rebound as he was falling out of bounds.

The Mavericks were gritty down the stretch.

“That was a heck of a win,” Nowitzki said.

OBL IS DEAD CARTOONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Monday, May 02, 2011

Well I am now out of the hospital.

Lest just say April 2011 will go down s probably one of the worse months I have ever had. For 30 of the days in that month I was in the hospital for 28 of them.

The hernia surgery went ok it was the aftermath of it when all hell broke loose.

I had the surgery April 1 and was released on 4 April and then the 5-6 something started to go very wrong and when I went back to the hospital for a check up on the 7th something really was going wrong.

I had to have on 2 separate occasions a tube inserted into my nose to get a lot of the acid out of my stomach and I really had a lot in me the 2nd time. I had the tube in me for about 1 week. It was hard to sleep and I really couldn't walk around at any real speed.

I'm out of the hospital now but very cautious for the next 2 weeks with what I will be eating and needing to go walking. I plan to go back on the 13th and get some x rays just to be sure that I am doing ok.

I have no real desire ever to go back and spend a night at the hospital.

Thank you for all of your prayers and comments on facebook. They sure did help.
